At BtechMarketingWala.co.in, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services to our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy:
All payments made towards services (such as Website Development, SEO, Product Listing, etc.) are non-refundable once the project has been initiated or resources have been allocated.
If you request cancellation before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative and processing charges).
Once the project work has commenced, no refund will be provided.
However, we are happy to make reasonable revisions based on the original scope of work.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you must inform us within 5 days of project delivery.
We will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or alternative solutions.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction if the service has been delivered as per the agreed scope.
In case of failure from our side to deliver the service as promised (and verified), a partial refund may be considered after management review.
